HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
To place an order, simply click "Add to Cart" for the product you wish to purchase. Then, when you are ready to check out, click on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner and proceed with the checkout process.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payments from all major credit card companies and PayPal. You can use a credit card or a debit card. All payments are made in a 100% SSL secured payment environment. Please note that we sell in EURO and that Enhaud is not responsible for international charges or your bank charges.
DO YOU ACCEPT CASH ON DELIVERY?
Due to the high number of orders per day, we currently do not accept cash on delivery. We process payments only through our website.
IS VAT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
Yes, all costs (including VAT) are included in the price!

HOW CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please email as soon as possible to info.enhaud@gmail.com. Please indicate your order number in the first email so that we can help you immediately.
Please note that orders cannot be changed or canceled once dispatched.
I DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHAT TO DO NOW?
First check your email inbox for unwanted advertising. If in this case the email does not appear, you can always contact us so that we can still send you the email!
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER IF I AM NOT SATISFIED?
Absolutely yes! Ordering from Enhaud is 100% risk free. You can then order a product, try it and return it for free within 14 days if you are not satisfied. Once your return shipment is received, you will receive a full refund.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY MONEY BACK?
As soon as we have received the package and everything is in order, you will receive a refund of the purchased amount within 72 hours.
